Hall -  
68' X 40' in size. 2720 square feet.

  • Capacity of 335 non fixed seats, 267 with fixed seats, or 211 with catering and tables.  There is a raised 26' X 10' foot stage at the front of the hall. Lighting consists of overhead florescent lighting and/or potlights on a dimmer switch.
  • Kitchen is complete with 2 refrigerators, one commercial cooler, a microwave, two standard stoves with ovens, large working area and washing stations. 
  • Six foot serving counter with roll up window cover between kitchen and hall.
  • Rectangular 2 1/2 X 8 foot folding banquet tables and stacking chairs are included in rental.
  • His, Hers and Handicapped Accessible Restrooms are available inside the hall. A 21' X 8' coat room is situated to the right of the foyer.
  • Supplies for cleaning included in rental.
  • PVCL does not provide dinnerware, cookware, linens or dishwasher. 

Board Room - 14' X 11' in size.

  • Capacity of 20 people seated at tables.
  • Rectangular 2 1/2 X 8 foot folding banquet tables and stacking chairs are included in rental.
  • His, Hers and Handicapped Accessible Restrooms are available inside the hall. A 21' X 8' coat room is situated to the right of the foyer.
  • Supplies for cleaning included in rental.

Parking Lot -  40 paved spaces - lots of street parking.
