Every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evening the Community Hall transforms into a Karate Dojo as students of all ages come to train in the Martial Arts. Sensei Dave Chow fuses his knowledge as a 4th Degree Black Belt and his experience as a public school teacher to create one of the best karate programs around.

On top of our regular classes our program offers many special activities throughout the year including:

    * A Laser Tag competition for all our students in September
    * Monthly visits by guest instructors
    * An annual fundraising yard rake in support of the playground development project in October
    * Our own tournaments hosted in the hall each November and May
    * Secret gift exchange in December
    * Our annual Katathon in support of the Stollery Children’s Hospital every February
    * A year end celebration at Whitemud Amusement Park

Whatever your reason for considering a new activity, our karate school offers it
  • A Fun and Safe environment
  • Builds Self-Discipline
  • Increases Fitness and Flexibility
  • Improves Confidence
  • Develops Coordination
  • Creates strong Friendships
  • Learn practical Self-Defense
